• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled
• The welcome bonus is exclusively for new members — existing users cannot claim it by re-registering

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8999 Baji platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to hack or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the platform's code, software, or website
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or erroneous odds for personal gain
• Match fixing or betting using insider information
• Attempting to access another user's account or causing harm to other users
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information

8999 Baji reserves the right to immediately suspend any account involved in the above activities, forfeit the account balance, and pursue legal action where necessary.

8999 Baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If fraud or deception is suspected
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• By order of a court or government authority
• If the user submits a request to close their own account
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance.

If you have a dispute with 8999 Baji, please follow the process below:

• Please contact our customer support first and provide full details of your issue
• If you have a dispute regarding a betting result, please submit your claim within 72 hours of the result being announced
• Please attach all relevant supporting documents and screenshots with your submission
• 8999 Baji will review your submission within 5 to 10 business days
• Both parties will be given the opportunity to be heard before a final decision is made
